BI WORLDWIDE Selected for CGU Sales Leadership Series

Mar 16, 2017 Melbourne, Australia

Melbourne, Victoria (14 March, 2017) BI WORLDWIDE Australia, the global leader in employee engagement, salesforce effectiveness and event management, announced today that it has been selected to lead one of CGU’s Sales Leaders Breakfast Forums.  “The 2016 series set the stage for quality content. I’m honoured to be asked to host another session for 2017,” stated Tricia Mikolai, Managing Director of BI WORLDWIDE - Oceania Region. Her session, 'Create a Competitive Advantage Through Sales Incentive Programs', will provide sales leaders with new insights about using tactical incentives to do more than increase short-term sales.

The Sales Leaders Forum was launched in 2016 as a partnership between CGU and Beyond 19 Partners. “This year’s series will provide four interactive sessions based on feedback from the 2016 attendees” said Ingrid Maynard, Partner at Beyond 19. “In the first session, which takes place on Friday, 24th March, Tricia Mikolai will launch the quarterly forums with a topic that received the most requests last year.”

Other topics in the series include Sales Team Meetings that Inspire Proactive Action, Sales Coaching to Improve Individual Performance and Dealing with Customer Pushback and Price Objections. “In our business, I see so many resources available for HR leaders, along with number of industry groups designed to bring them together,” Tricia Mikolai commented. “There aren’t as many professional opportunities for sales leaders to learn from each other. CGU and Beyond 19 are filling a gap in ongoing sales leadership development and best-practice sharing.”
